Grading Wagers 1-4

I am not going to grade the baseball picks because I didn’t do it two days ago when they went 1-7, and I really don’t feeling like being accused of cherry picking my recaps.
Wager #1: Baltimore +3.5 -110 (1)
Tom Brady never saw the field. I am guessing this was announced sometime during the week while I was busy researching my PGA losers. At any rate this news is almost certainly what caused the mid-week 2 point line decrease.
Wagers #2 and #3: New York Jets +3 +118 (1), New York Jets ML +170 (1)
The Jets stopped the Browns inside their own 10 as time expired to preserve the double victory. Had Cleveland scored and the number landed on 3, I would be lamenting not getting the best possible price on a game two wagers into the season.
Wager #4: Bears/Chiefs Over 34 +100 (1)
There will be Bears fans calling for Caleb Hanie to be the starter out at the bars tonight. Chicago sports fans are extremely smart AND sophisticated.

Nice night…
